YOUR IDEA. A PERSONAL CONVERSATION.
Custom jewelry consultation.
Start with your idea.
Have a ring, pendant, chain or another personal piece in mind? Talk with Flawless Ice about what you want to create, what matters to you and the options that can be considered. Consultations are online or by phone only.
We welcome inquiries from Atlanta, Georgia and Indianapolis, Indiana. These are customer markets, not storefront locations; there are no in-person appointments.
What to bring to a custom jewelry consultation
You do not need a finished design or technical jewelry knowledge. A clear description of the piece and how you plan to wear it gives us a useful starting point.
- Your idea: the type of jewelry, occasion and details you like. Reference photos can help explain a shape, setting or finish; describe what you want to make personal.
- Material and stone preferences: share what you know about the metal, color, stones or an existing piece. If you are unsure, say so rather than guessing.
- Size and everyday use: include any known ring size, preferred chain length or pendant dimensions, and whether the piece is for daily wear or a particular occasion.
- A comfortable budget range: this helps frame the discussion. A consultation request does not establish a price; the proposed materials and work must be confirmed first.
- Your preferred date: mention a birthday, anniversary or other deadline. Availability and timing need confirmation before you rely on a completion date.
How to request a time
- Call or open an email request. Use the consultation button to see the email and phone options. An email draft opens in your own email app.
- Add your details and send it. Include your idea, preferred times and time zone. Opening the draft alone does not send a request.
- Wait for our reply. Your appointment is confirmed only after Flawless Ice replies. We will discuss the next step and what information is needed.
Questions to settle before moving forward
Ask which design and material options are available for your request, how the proposed work will be reviewed, and what the price includes. Confirm any payment schedule, design revisions, delivery arrangements and terms that apply to a custom order before agreeing to proceed.
If you want to use an existing piece or stone, describe it during the consultation. Its suitability needs review. Do not send jewelry before receiving handling and delivery instructions from Flawless Ice.
Consultation questions
Can I start without choosing a stone or metal?
Yes. Explain the look, purpose and budget you have in mind, and tell us which choices are still open. Specific materials and availability need confirmation.
Can I order a piece from the gallery?
The current images illustrate design possibilities. They are not a live product catalog or a promise that a pictured piece is available. Our online collection is coming soon; contact us about your particular request.
Does requesting a consultation place an order?
No. It starts a conversation. The appointment, available options and any proposed order details must be confirmed separately.
Can I ask about repairing an existing piece instead?
Yes. Describe the type of piece and the issue you want to discuss. See our jewelry and watch service inquiries, then call to confirm which options are available for your piece.
Tell us what you have in mind
Start with the piece, your preferences and a good time to talk. We will reply to confirm the next step.
